Hotel Plaza Opera - Palermo

The rooftop restaurant's stunning mountain views and the helpful staff made our 6-night stay enjoyable. It was a quiet refuge just minutes from the vibrant town center.

The location was good and magnificent, a minute walk from Slipstream Sculpture. Classic room I stayed at was well-appointed and perfectly clean with large terrasse.

I had very positive days staying at this small hotel. The place was fairly clean, I booked the classic room with street views, everything was good. The staff were courteous and nice, provided exceptional services. The location was great - not far from good restaurants and the ferry terminal and many attractions.

It was in an excellent and exceptionally nice location within short walking distance to Piazza Castelnuovo. The area was safe, a fantastic base for me.

Very comfortable clean and modern hotel, good position for the sights of Palermo, very good breakfast, helpful staff. No restaurant but good restaurants close by. The history and sights of palermo are very impressive. Chaotic and Noisy but lively.

Thoroughly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was impeccably clean and stylish, the location was excellent and absolutely perfect very close to Palermo's shopping strip Via Ruggero Settimo. Our room was modern and bright, included with comfortable beds and coffee making facilities, for instance. The food they offered was good, had a lot of meals...

Charming Atmosphere and Great Staff Support

During my four-night family stay, I appreciated the pleasant and cozy ambiance. The rooftop bar offered fine views, perfect for evening relaxation. The staff was helpful, especially during breakfast service. Just be mindful to confirm all arrangements in advance for a smoother experience.

Well above average for any city, let alone Palermo. Smart, clean, modern room with excellent staff. Well located in the "shopping district", just outside the sights in the "old city". Good (paying) parking nearby, but hotel offers reasonably-priced garage in any case.

Slightly disappointing breakfast. Too much "pre-packaged" stuff and no fresh juices.

the shower leaked , making the bathroom floor slippery. but the rooftop bar had great views, the breakfast was decent , and the staff were friendly. even helped with parking.

Receptionist are very kind. The hotel is deep in the center of Palermo. The offered services are perfectly proportioned to the price paid. There are many place where to park the car during the night. So i will stay here again when i come back to palermo.

The hotel was truly a four star hotel. It was beautifully decorated and the staff was attentive and the breakfast was the best we were offered in Italy!
